This policy explains what data ultraradar.eu (“the Site”, “we”) collects and how it is used. We are based in the European Union and this policy is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
Ultra Radar is an independently run guide to European ultramarathons. You can reach us at grzankamarcin@gmail.com with any privacy question or request.
Data we collect
We do not require an account or collect personal data to browse the calendar, use the search, filters or map. We collect data in these situations:
- Server logs: like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance purposes.
- If you email us: we keep your email address and message only to respond to you.
- Cookies from advertising and analytics partners: see the next section.
Advertising cookies (Google AdSense)
This Site may show adverts served by Google AdSense and its advertising partners. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Data retention
Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Children
This Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the Site evolves (for example, when advertising or analytics tools are added). The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
